11h30 : Ouverture du bar.
11h30 – 14h : BBQ
14h : Ouverture du stand de pâtisseries, apportées par les parents.
14h -17h : Activités organisées par l’équipe pédagogique.
Appel à tous les parents :
Venez donner un coup de main, même pour une heure ! Inscrivez-vous dans le Tableau d’aide !
IMPORTANT:
A prévoir :
– Chacun apporte ses couverts lavables (assiette/bol, fourchette, couteau, cuillère…et verre à vin !): évènement visant le ‘zéro déchet’ pour l’avenir de nos enfants.
– Vous pouvez apporter vos pâtisseries à partir de 11h.
– Payez à l’avance vos tickets en ligne via ce lien (boissons et pâtisseries ou BBQ) au plus tard le 28 mai pour les récupérer le jour-même de la Fête à la caisse (et éviter la file !)
Coût des tickets BBQ : 5€/enfant et 8€/adulte.
3 Types de BBQ sont disponibles :
– Merguez
– Veau
– Veggie
Coût des boissons : de 1€ à 3€ (1 à 3 tickets).
Coût des pâtisseries : 1€ (1 ticket).

11.30am : Bar opening.
11.30am – 2pm : BBQ
2pm : Opening of the dessert buffet, pastries brought by the parents.
2pm-5pm : Activities by the teaching staff.

Come and give a hand even for an hour ! Write your name in the Help Table !
IMPORTANT:
To foresee :
– CHANGE to pay at the various food stands.
– Everyone brings his/hers washable plate/bowl, fork, knife, spoon… glass for the wine !) : Event targeting zero waste for the future of our children.
– You can bring your pastries from 11am.
– Pay in advance your tickets online : using this link (drinks and pastries or BBQ) at latest on 28th May (to retrieve them on the School Fair day and avoid queues on the day !)

BBQ cost : €5/child and €8/adult.
Drinks cost : from €1 to €3 (from 1 to 3 tickets).
Desserts cost : 1€ (1ticket).
