Pour faire une belle Fête d’Halloween, nous avons besoin d’aide :
Samedi 22 Octobre :
A partir de 13h : Mise en place des décoration, de la musique, du buffet, des bricolages, du maquillage à besoin de bras forts !
16h30-19h30 : Bar. 2 personnes par tranche de 1h.
A partir de 19h : Parents avec véhicules garés dans la cour pour la visite des coffres décorés.
A partir de 19h30 : Rangement, nettoyage et vaisselle – On a besoin de beaucoup de bras 🙂

Please find below the several roles for which we will need your help:
Saturday 22th October :
Starting at 13h (1 PM) : Setting up of decoration, music, buffet, crafts, makeup. We are in need of strong arms!
16h30-19h30 (4:30 PM-7:30 PM) : Bar. 2 people per 1h.
Starting at 19h (7 PM) : Parents with vehicles parked in the courtyard for the visit of the decorated car trunks.
Starting at 19h30 (7:30 PM) : Storage, cleaning and dishes washing – We need a lot of arms:)
